Community Center - Rentals
Our Community Center is available for rental year-round.
To rent the Community Center, please follow these steps:

Submit the Rental Form: Complete and submit the rental form below. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Rental Agreement
Reservation Guidelines
- Reservations may be made up to 180 days in advance of the requested rental date(s).
- The Community Center may be rented for 1, 2, or 3 days. Extended rentals require a special application to the City Council.
- A resident (including all household members) may not reserve the facility for more than 4 days in any 12-month period.
- The City reserves the right to cancel a fifth reservation within the same year if:
- Another eligible resident requests the same dates.
- At least 90 days’ notice is provided to the affected renter.
Alcohol Policy
- A responsible adult resident of Frontier, age 21 or older, must be present at all times if alcohol is served.
- No one under 21 may possess or consume alcohol.
- Alcohol sales are strictly prohibited.
- The renter assumes full legal responsibility for compliance with all applicable alcohol laws.
Liability and Responsibility
- The City of Frontier is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses occurring in connection with the rental.
- The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City from all related claims, including legal fees.
- The renter is responsible for guest conduct and adherence to community rules.
- The facility must be returned in its original condition, and the renter is liable for cleaning or damage costs.
- Personal belongings are the responsibility of the renter.
Additional Terms
- All terms must be followed.
- The City reserves the right to amend terms as needed.
- This agreement is governed by North Dakota law.
- The City shall not be liable for events outside its control, including weather or facility damage.
- The City may require proof of insurance for large events or those with alcohol.
Community Center Rules
- Renter must be present during the entire rental.
- Only Frontier residents aged 21+ may rent the facility.
- Rentals on behalf of third parties are not allowed.
- No glass bottles allowed.
- No smoking inside.
- No attaching items to walls or trim.
- No pets inside.
- Children must be supervised.
- Renter is responsible for cleaning (see below).
- Damages will be charged.
- Remove all trash and debris.
- Inspect the facility before use and report issues to the City Council.
Cleaning Guidelines
- Supplies are under the kitchen sink; mops and brooms are in the storage room.
- Wipe and return all tables and chairs. Allowing tables to dry before stacking.
- Clean restrooms, remove trash and replace garbage liners
- Clean kitchen surfaces, appliances, and remove food.
- Pick up outdoor debris.
